The Weldability Sif Foundation

Welcome to

Its about training

the welders of tomorrow

Businesses are looking around the world for trained and qualified workers to undertake welding projects in the UK – and at great cost.

To counteract this trend, the Weldability-Sif Foundation has partnered with  EAL and The Welding Institute (TWI) to educate and train a new generation of UK-based welders.

What our studios are saying

Our studio's can see the outstanding benefits of the Weldability-Sif Foundation partnership for their students.

Becoming a Partnership College

Training providers who are not equipped to deliver EAL welder qualifications may be able to receive support from The Weldability Sif Foundation. Our charitable foundation values  the importance of welder training and is establishing a network of Training studios  throughout the UK.

The Student Portal

There has never been a more exciting time to move into a career in the welding industry, and the structured Traineeship and Apprenticeship programmes from  Weldability Sif provides the best possible start.
